The violence of silence

For most people, it may be the easiest to choose not to do or say anything against the power. Keeping silence is what exactly the dictator wants from his people. When everyone is forbidden to speak out his mind, there are some warriors choosing to fight. The others stand on the side with the dictator, mocking those who fight for the human right. I always thought this would happen only in autocratic countries like China. Now I am wrong. It is now happening in Taiwan, my beloved country. The majority choose to keep silence about the wickedness of the incompetent government, and their silence are killing our next generations, and, of course, themselves. May God bless those brave soldiers who fight for the human right of all people in Taiwan.
