身為台東縣唯一的萬豪飯店，『台東桂田喜來登酒店』一直是熱門的飯店，不僅有平假日高昂的房價，萬豪點數房也不再提供預訂。入住時行政酒廊並未開放，也未提供萬豪會員任何補償方案，戶外泳池下午3:30才開放，健身房下午2:30才開放。房間中規中矩，空間很小。早餐豐盛，亦提供萬豪白金以上會員專屬座位。晚上飯店外面就是台東夜市，非常方便。

As the only Marriott hotel in Taitung, Sheraton Taitung Hotel has been always popular. It offers not only expensive room rate regardless of weekday or weekend but also no more reward room available. The executive lounge was closed during my stay, and no compensation was offered. The outdoor pool opened from 3:30pm and the gym opened from 2:30pm. The room is quite standard with limited space. The breakfast buffet was very good. Dedicated tables were reserved for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above members. The Taitung night market is right outside of the hotel. Its location is really convenient.
