I stayed at Conrad Seoul with my family in 2013 for the first time. I was just a Hilton Honors Gold member at that time, and I got a room upgrade to the Premium room with river view. This time, as a Diamond member, I only got a room upgrade to the Premium room. It is a bit disappointing that Conrad Seoul does not offer Diamond members room upgrade to a suite. It is, however, my first time using the Executive Lounge. The food for the happy hour was nice, but the tea time service was offered only on weekdays. The breakfast, unfortunately, was not very impressive. Hotel guests can have free access to the gym and indoor swimming pool but not the sauna. I hope they can improve the quality of food and the benefits for Diamond members.

首次入住「首爾康萊德酒店」是在2013家人來首爾旅遊的時候，當時我只是希爾頓榮譽會金卡會員，房間就被升等到尊貴河景房。此次入住我已是鑽卡會員，仍然僅被升等到尊貴河景房，飯店不給鑽卡會員升等到套房的政策令人有點失望。這次首次使用行政酒廊，快樂時光的餐點很不錯，可以吃得很飽，可惜下午茶的點心只在平日供應，很不幸的，早餐並不讓人覺得特別。房客可以免費使用健身房和室內泳池，但三溫暖需付費。我希望他們能夠改進餐飲的品質以及提升鑽石會員的待遇。
