This is my first time staying at Millennium Hilton Seoul. The hotel was almost fully booked on the day I checked in, so my room was upgraded by one level only. This is the last year for Millennium Hilton Seoul to operate because the property will be changed to office building next year. The executive lounge service was very nice, offering all-day food and drink. The breakfast was just average, though. I saw a small cockroach in my room when I went for the breakfast. It was the first time in my life to see a cockroach in a hotel. That’s really unbelievable, especially in a five-star hotel. After the breakfast, they apologized and changed my room to a suite, but I was about to check out already. I don’t understand why they could not upgrade my room to a suite at first place. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel again.

這是我首次入住「首爾千禧希爾頓飯店」，我入住當天訂房很滿，所以只升等一級到山景角落房，今年是該飯店最後一年營運，明年起就會轉成辦公商業大樓。行政酒廊的服務不錯，提供整天的餐飲，早餐則是一般水準。前往早餐的時候我在房內看到一隻小蟑螂，這是我有生之年第一次在飯店看到蟑螂，真的無法置信這會發生在五星級飯店裡，早餐之後他們道了歉並讓我換到套房，但沒多久我也準備要退房了，我不明白為何一開始不讓我升等到套房就好。我想我應該不會再來入住了。
