This was my second time with voco Seoul Gangnam, and I stayed for four nights this time. Due to the water dripping from the air conditioner during my last stay, voco upgraded my room to a junior suite. The room is very cozy, though there is no much to see outside the window. Starting from July until this video was uploaded, I’ve already had 6 stays and total 21 nights at voco Seoul Gangnam. Overall speaking, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. As a newly opened hotel, however, voco Seoul Gangnam has surprisingly many facility issues. I experienced the water dripping from air conditioner in two rooms, malfunctioning refrigerator in one room, false fire alarm at 4am, and out-of-order workout machine in the gym for many times. The hotel manager apologized and offered some compensations. Honestly, I did enjoy my stay at voco Seoul Gangnam, and that’s why I decided to stay for many times. But I really think the property needs to be carefully checked again. Besides, every room’s condition should also be carefully examined before guests enter to stay. I think there are some areas for voco Seoul Gangnam to improve. Nonetheless, it is a new hotel, and I hope the whole team can learn fast from those issues.

這是我第二次入住『首爾江南沃柯飯店』，這次住了四晚。由於上次入住時空調滴水，voco便將我的房間升級為小型套房。房間很舒適，雖然窗外沒什麼景色可欣賞。從7月開始直到本影片上傳之日，我已經在『首爾江南沃柯飯店』住了6次，總計21晚。整體來說，飯店人員非常友善和幫忙，然而，作為一家新開業的飯店，『首爾江南沃柯飯店』有著令人驚訝的許多設施問題。我經歷過兩個房間的空調滴水，一個房間的冰箱故障，一次凌晨4點的火災警鈴誤報，還有健身房的健身器材多次故障。飯店經理有道歉並提供了一些補償。坦白說，我的確喜歡『首爾江南沃柯飯店』的住宿，這就是我決定要入住多次的原因。但我真的認為該大樓需要再次仔細檢查。此外，在客人入住之前，還應仔細檢驗每個房間的狀況。我認為『首爾江南沃柯飯店』有一些需要改進的地方。儘管如此，這是一家新的飯店，我希望整個團隊能夠從這些問題中快速學習。
