I chose Fukuoka as my first destination after Japan opened its border. There are not many international hotels in Fukuoka. ANA Crowne Plaza is one of the few. Located near Hakata Station, the hotel’s transportation is very convenient. As an IHG One Reward Diamond member, I got room upgrade to high-floor premium room. The room is very spacious and cozy. I chose two complimentary breakfast as the welcome gift. My reservation was 4 reward nights. With the benefits from the IHG credit cards, it cost only 9,000 points per night. The fitness center is open for 24 hours. I was offered late check-out at 2pm.
