Pangyo is a planned city in the center of Seongnam city, Gyeonggi-do. Many IT companies locate their headquarters here. The most famous one is the Kakao group. GRAVITY is one of the two Marriott hotels in this neighborhood. It is managed by Josun hotel of Shinsegae group. Because the hotel has an indoor pool, many families with children choose here for staycation. The hotel was very full during the weekend, so my room was not upgraded. But I was offered late checkout at 4pm the next day.
It takes about 40 mins by bus from Myeongdon, Seoul to the hotel. There is a Hyundai Department Store near the hotel. Tourists can also visit the Kakao building which has a Kakao Friends store.

板橋新都市是京畿道城南市盆唐區的一個新都市，位於城南市的正中央，許多知名大型網路資訊公司的總部即座落於此，其中以KakaoTalk的母公司Kakao集團最廣為人知。「GRAVITY傲途格精選飯店」是在此社區的兩家萬豪飯店其中之一，由新世界集團旗下的朝鮮飯店經營管理，因飯店設有室內泳池，許多家庭選擇在週末帶小孩來居家度假。因週末入住訂房很滿，房間並未被升等，但隔日可四點退房。
從首爾明洞搭公車到飯店約40分鐘車程。飯店附近有現代百貨，也可參觀Kakao集團總部大樓，內有Kakao Friends商店。
