Staying at Grand Hyatt Jeju for the first time was an absolute delight. As the largest Grand Hyatt in the Asia-Pacific region, this hotel exudes luxury, elegance, and world-class hospitality. As a World of Hyatt Discoverist member, I had the opportunity to enjoy select Globalist benefits using certain awards. For this stay I redeemed a Club Access Award (CAA), granting me exclusive entry to the club lounge—and it was nothing short of spectacular.
From gourmet offerings during happy hour to a lavish breakfast spread and all-day snacks, the lounge provided an indulgent experience. The breathtaking views of Jeju City and the ocean added a refreshing touch, making every moment even more special. Without a doubt, Grand Hyatt Jeju will be my top choice whenever I visit Jeju!
The standard room at Grand Hyatt Jeju is impressively spacious and exceptionally comfortable, offering a luxurious retreat from the moment you step inside. The front desk staff went above and beyond by assigning me a room with a breathtaking view—perfect for admiring the vibrant cityscape, the bustling airport, and the serene ocean beyond.
A special mention goes to Ms. Jeong, the Guest Experience Management Team Leader, whose warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. She personally greeted me at the lounge with a heartfelt welcome and a thoughtful gift, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
From start to finish, the impeccable service, genuine hospitality, and warm smiles from every staff member made my stay truly unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the near future to experience it all over again!
