The InterContinental Yokohama Grand feels noticeably outdated. As an IHG One Rewards Diamond Ambassador member, I was disappointed by the lack of recognition at check-in—the receptionist offered no greeting or acknowledgment of my elite status. In fact, they didn’t even verify my membership and initially stated that my booking did not include breakfast.
On the positive side, after I requested it, my room was upgraded to a Premium Room on a high floor with a city view. The view of the iconic Cosmo Clock 21 from the room was indeed beautiful and one of the highlights of my stay.
The Club Lounge, located on the second floor, offers food and beverages that are fairly standard and nothing particularly memorable. Surprisingly, the swimming pool is not complimentary—even for hotel guests or IHG elite members—which felt quite unreasonable.
While the room rate is relatively affordable, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

橫濱洲際大飯店（InterContinental Yokohama Grand）整體感覺相當老舊。身為 IHG 優悅會的鑽石大使會員，入住時櫃檯卻完全沒有任何對高等會員的歡迎或致意。甚至連我的會員身分都沒確認，就直接告知我的預訂不包含早餐。
優點是，在我提出要求後，房間有被升等至高樓層的城市景觀豪華客房，房內可以眺望知名的 Cosmo Clock 21 摩天輪，夜景確實十分美麗。
行政酒廊位於二樓，餐飲選擇中規中矩，沒有太多驚喜。比較讓人意外的是，就連入住的房客或 IHG 會員，使用游泳池都需要額外付費，這點令人難以理解。
雖然整體價格算是相對便宜，但整體住宿體驗未達預期。我應該不會再選擇入住這間飯店。
