Hotel Indigo Alishan is undoubtedly one of the most charming and captivating international hotels in Taiwan. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers awe-inspiring views—especially the majestic sunrise—that make it well worth staying for a few days to truly take it all in.
This was my first visit, and I traveled with my family. I booked two rooms: one was a standard room assigned on a high floor, while the other was graciously upgraded to a suite located on a lower floor. Due to high occupancy, I had to check out of the suite at 12 PM, but the standard room was extended until 2 PM. Upon arrival, I received two welcome drink vouchers, which could be redeemed at the rooftop bar—a perfect place to unwind.
Both rooms were spotless and cozy, with all mini-bar beverages offered complimentary. Although the hotel doesn’t feature a traditional lounge, it thoughtfully provided a dedicated space serving afternoon tea for IHG One Rewards members with lounge access. The rooftop is where guests will want to spend most of their time, soaking in the panoramic mountain views and the refreshing breeze. With a jacuzzi and a warm-water swimming pool, it’s an ideal spot to relax and connect with nature.
The highlight of my stay was witnessing the sunrise from the rooftop in the early morning. The hotel provided complimentary hot chocolate and muffins to all guests, adding a warm and thoughtful touch to an already unforgettable moment.
Hotel Indigo Alishan delivers outstanding service and a truly memorable experience. I will definitely return with my family in the future.

阿里山英迪格酒店無疑是台灣最迷人、最具吸引力的國際品牌酒店之一。坐落於壯麗的山巒之中，令人屏息的山景與日出美景，絕對值得花上幾天好好體驗。
這是我第一次造訪，我與家人一同前往。我訂了兩間房：一間被安排在高樓層的標準客房，另一間則被升等為低樓層的套房。由於當天住房率較高，套房需於中午12點退房，而標準房則可以延至下午2點退房。入住時，我還收到兩張迎賓飲品券，可在頂樓酒吧兌換，為旅程增添悠閒氛圍。
兩間房間都乾淨舒適，迷你吧內的飲品皆可免費享用。雖然飯店沒有傳統行政酒廊，但特別為擁有酒廊權益的 IHG One Rewards 會員設置了一個提供下午茶的專屬空間。頂樓則是最值得停留的地方，無邊視野與山風吹拂令人心曠神怡。設有按摩池與溫水泳池的頂樓，是享受飯店與自然景致的絕佳去處。
這次入住中我最喜歡的部分，是一早在頂樓欣賞日出。飯店貼心地為所有住客準備了免費的熱可可與瑪芬，讓人感受到滿滿的溫暖與用心。
阿里山英迪格酒店的服務令人印象深刻，整體體驗非常出色。我一定會再帶家人回來！
