This was my second stay at Moxy Taichung, having first visited during its opening four years ago. I was pleased to find that the hotel has maintained its vibrant, youthful, and “chill” atmosphere. For this trip, I redeemed a Nightly Upgrade Award, which secured the largest room on the property: a spacious layout featuring a Queen bed and a sofa bed. Compared to the standard rooms, the extra space was a significant plus.
As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I appreciated the elite benefits, including a complimentary breakfast for one and a NT$300 food credit. The location remains excellent—conveniently close to the MRT and a nearby mall. However, the front desk service needs attention. Upon checkout, the staff failed to scan my mobile device correctly, resulting in my invoice failing to upload. After a week of no follow-up, I had to proactively contact the hotel to request the document. I hope the team can be more meticulous with these administrative tasks in the future, as billing accuracy is essential.

這是我第二次入住台中豐邑 Moxy 酒店，第一次是在四年前剛開幕時。很高興發現酒店依然保持著活力、年輕且「放鬆」的氛圍。在這次旅行中，我兌換了預訂升等獎勵 (Nightly Upgrade Award)，成功入住酒店內空間最大的房型：包含一張大床與一張沙發床的寬敞格局。與標準客房相比，額外的空間感是一大優勢。
作為 萬豪旅享家 (Marriott Bonvoy) 鈦金/白金卡會員，我非常滿意其提供的精英會權益，包括一人份免費早餐與 NT$300 的餐飲抵用金。酒店地理位置依舊優越——鄰近捷運站與購物中心，非常便利。
然而，櫃檯服務仍有改善空間。辦理退房時，人員未能正確掃描我的載具條碼，導致發票無法上傳至我的載具。在經過一週無人後續跟進後，我不得不主動聯繫酒店要求重新提供文件。帳務準確性至關重要，希望團隊未來在處理這類行政事務時能更加細心。
