I need a good luck

Last week really wasn’t my week. My car got towed; my digital camera was broken; I got a ticket for exceeding speed limit in Yamingshan. That’s how my summer ended.

Since I moved to Kaohsiung in July, I promoted my tutor class once by putting the flyers on every mailbox of my building and on the desks of other buildings in my neighborhood. Unfortunately and frustratingly, there wasn’t any feedback. For the sake of long-term living in Kaohsiung, I think I need to be more diligent in seeking students. Therefore, I went to a junior high school very close to my place and distributed my new flyers to the parents who waited outside the school to pick up their children. I’ve never done this in my life, so it’s quite embarrassing and fun to me. Some parents seriously read the flyer, and some just put it away. I’ll go to another high school nearby tomorrow and distribute the rest of my flyers.

The flyer says I’ll offer free teaching in September as you can see in the attachment. Now I’ll keep praying and look forward to good news.
