It’s been over a decade since my last stay at Grand Hyatt Taipei, and the vibe feels quite different from what I remember.
For this holiday getaway, I used two Guest of Honor awards to book two rooms for my family. One room was upgraded to a Deluxe room with a Taipei 101 view, while the other was also a Deluxe room on the same floor but without the view. Both rooms were spacious, and with the hotel located right next to Taipei 101, the scenery was undeniably impressive.
The Club Lounge offered a moderate selection of food and beverages during Happy Hour and breakfast. However, there was no afternoon tea service, and the all-day snacks and drinks were rather underwhelming. As for the facilities—gym, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna—they felt somewhat ordinary and didn’t quite live up to the “Grand” name.
As one of the oldest and most iconic Hyatt properties in Taipei—and likely among the most expensive—I expected a more elevated experience, particularly in terms of Club Lounge offerings and overall service. While this stay was still enjoyable and memorable, I would probably reconsider returning at the same price point

距離我上一次入住台北君悅酒店，已經超過十年了，整體的氛圍與感受和記憶中有些不同。
這次假期與家人同行，我使用了兩張「尊榮賓客券」預訂了兩間客房。其中一間被升等為可欣賞台北101景觀的豪華客房，另一間則同樣是豪華客房，但沒有景觀，不過兩間都安排在同一樓層。房間空間寬敞，加上酒店緊鄰台北101，整體景觀確實相當出色。
行政酒廊在歡樂時光和早餐時段提供的餐飲選擇屬於中規中矩。不過，沒有提供下午茶服務，全天候供應的點心與飲品也較為普通，略顯不足。至於健身房、戶外游泳池與三溫暖等設施，整體感覺較為一般，似乎不太符合「Grand Hyatt」的定位。
作為台北最具代表性、歷史最悠久的凱悅酒店之一，同時也是價格相對較高的選擇之一，我原本期待能有更精緻的體驗，特別是在行政酒廊的餐飲品質與整體服務方面能更有「Grand」的水準。這次入住依然是一段愉快的體驗，但以相同的房價來看，我未必會再次選擇回訪。
